CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Any change and / or cancellation of service must be done directly through email or telephone.
- The services can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the service, then cancellation fees will be applied and can generate up to 100% of the cost of the service canceled.
- BOOKROAD is committed to avoid or minimize the cancellation charges depending on their operational ability.
- Those services whose reservations involve more than 4 vehicles may entail special hiring conditions that may affect some or all of the steps of the hiring process.
CONSIDERATIONS
- The passenger must inform our company of pick-up time and whether it is an airport or a specific address (street, number, door, floor…)
- Your company can get the chauffeur´s name or mobile, just asking for it, if you need it.
- The request for services to BOOKROAD by any of the available channels implies the acceptance of these contracting conditions as well as the resulting responsibilities.
- In local currency quotes, the conversion to euro will be made according to the exchange rate on the day of service billing.
- 24h service: if the passenger does not locate the chauffeur you should contact the BOOKROAD 24h service before deciding to leave the place.

DRIVERS
- The services will be conducted by executive chauffeurs.
- English speaking drivers available at most destinations.
- Drivers of other languages according to availability and under reservation.
- The drivers meet the dress code of image and clothing required by the client.
- The chauffeur or traffic chief has an operative mobile to resolve any incident or last minute change as far as possible.
